The tarp wasn’t getting the job done. It was sagging and ponding and dripping condensation from underneath.

Same here, though we’re an unincorporated area. My (hopefully plausible) theory is that this is only a patio cover.

The general idea here is that this is naught but a patio cover. Keep the rain off. Too much in the way of walls and it starts looking like a permanent structure. The shed, at 12x12, does not require a permit.

Nice looking work area. I’ve got it on my list to build a shed out back this year, no permits required though. I live in the unincorporated part if a rural county.
